Curious Cubs Foundation is a registered Canadian non-profit organization committed to supporting children in care centers and foster homes through toy donations, educational outreach, and meaningful programs. We operate a Shopify store under a "Buy One, Give One" model and accept general donations to further our mission.

3. Donations and Tax Receipts
We offer two donation models:

Buy One, Give One: Buyers receive one toy and donate one. A tax receipt will be issued for 50% of the purchase price (the donated toy). GST/HST (13%) is applied to the portion received.

Donate Both Toys or General Donations: A full tax receipt will be issued. No sales tax is applied.
Tax receipts are issued via email after purchase or donation. Please retain your receipt for your records.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept major credit cards and Shopify-supported payment methods. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Sales tax is charged on applicable purchases.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As a non-profit organization, all donations and purchases are final and non-refundable. If you made a mistake in your transaction, please contact us within 24 hours at curiouscubsfoundation@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Donations and proceeds from product sales are used to fund our charitable programs, including but not limited to:
