At Curious Cubs Foundation, every purchase and donation goes toward bringing joy and care to children in need. Because of the nature of our mission and how we operate, we have a unique approach to returns and refunds.


Product Purchases (Buy One, Give One Model)

All purchases made through our online store are considered final. As a charitable organization, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased. Your contribution immediately supports our donation and outreach efforts, including toy distributions and programs for children.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at curiouscubsfoundation@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your concern and may offer a replacement item at our discretion.


General Donations & “Donate Both” Contributions

All donations—whether monetary or through the purchase of items intended entirely for donation—are non-refundable. Tax receipts will be issued accordingly and should be retained for your records.


Cancellation Policy

If you believe you made an error in your order or donation, please email us at curiouscubsfoundation@gmail.com within 24 hours of your transaction. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
